Position reputed company/Objective The Fresh Frozen Harvest Team Member will work with the Harvest Team on a reputed company of reputed company and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) Responsible for helping the Harvest Team meet production demands and maintain reputed company expectations. Duties included, but are not limited to fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, and packaging plant products. Harvest, buck, package and freeze freshly harvested plants Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas reputed company not working with required daily tasks. Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process. Maintain best agricultural practices. Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
