Sr. Category Manager – External Talent (Contingent Workforce) Our reputed company is seeking a Sr. Category Manager to join their company for a 1-year contract position. What You’ll Do:

• Define the long-term strategic direction for the External Worker and Advisor categories through reputed company-looking planning and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, procurement, HR, and top-tier/reputed company external workforce suppliers.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in how external workers and advisors are reputed company, managed, and reputed company across the organization.
• Identify and reputed company opportunities to rationalize the supplier landscape, consolidate spend, and strengthen strategic supplier relationships.
• Optimize cost, reputed company, and performance by improving contract structures, reputed company management, and risk mitigation processes.

What Gets You the Job:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent practical experience strongly preferred.
• 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting, with a strong reputed company record of delivering business value.
• Proven experience in managing a large global contingent workforce program is preferred
• Proven ability to assess reputed company problems, synthesize insights, and drive data-backed reputed company. Skilled in creating and interpreting analytical outputs, including reputed company models and category performance reports.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company messages to a reputed company of audiences and seniority reputed company. Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
