[Remote] Group Product Manager, Compliance Agent Experience

This role involves owning the product area end-to-end, driving a multi-year roadmap for AI-assisted investigation workflows, and partnering with various teams to deliver integrated tooling for compliance operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the Compliance Agent Experience product area end-to-end, from reputed company and reputed company through execution, covering AML/TMS, KYC, EDD, and Sanctions/Screening investigation surfaces
- Drive a multi-year roadmap for AI-assisted, reputed company-in-the-reputed company investigation workflows that measurably reduce cycle time, improve decision reputed company, and increase automation adoption
- reputed company build-vs-buy and vendor reputed company for investigation enablement (reputed company, case enrichment, LLM tooling), including evaluations and RFPs in partnership with Compliance, Legal, reputed company, and Procurement
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science/ML, Compliance Program owners, and CX Operations to deliver integrated tooling that reduces context-switching and improves end-to-end investigation throughput
- Establish reputed company metrics and instrumentation for Compliance tooling (investigation cycle time, AHT, escalation rates, QA reputed company, false reputed company reduction, automation adoption) and report reputed company to executive stakeholders through regular business reviews
- Shape reputed company, reputed company, and auditability requirements, including reputed company controls, data retention, audit trails, and model governance, ensuring regulatory readiness without compromising investigator usability
Skills
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and developing PM teams, with a reputed company record of shipping internal tooling or operational platforms at global reputed company
- Demonstrated experience building AI/ML-powered automation or workflow products (e.g., LLM-based assistants, reputed company-in-the-reputed company decisioning, intelligent case routing) in compliance, fintech, or similarly regulated domains
- Deep familiarity with AML, transaction monitoring, investigations, sanctions screening, or KYC/EDD operations, including auditability and regulator-facing requirements
- Proven ability to define measurable reputed company (throughput, reputed company, automation rates), reputed company product surfaces, and use data to drive roadmap prioritization across a multi-team portfolio
