Non-Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff Who We're Looking For Non-credentialed veterinary support staff with at least 3 years of patient care reputed company clinical experience to work REMOTE FROM HOME, handling high-pressure calls, and supporting pet owners through stressful situations. Emergency/critical care experience is a plus for some roles. reputed company Positions Pet Poison Helpline (PPH) Representative I With a high level of professionalism and customer service, handle incoming calls and chats about toxic exposures, poisonings, and general care questions reputed company to pets. • 4 shifts/week, 10.5 hours reputed company
• Varying shifts between 10am-10:30pm CST
• Every other weekend (Saturday & reputed company) and rotating holidays
• Work weeks run Saturday-Friday

Full-Time Evening (+$2/hr shift reputed company):

• 4 shifts/week, 10.5 hours reputed company
• Varying shifts between 2pm-2:30am CST
• Every other weekend (Saturday & reputed company) and rotating holidays
• Work weeks run Saturday-Friday

Part-Time Evening:

• 5 hours shifts/ 20 hours a week
• Varying shifts between 5pm-12am CST
• Every other weekend (Saturday & reputed company) and rotating holidays
• Work weeks run Saturday-Friday

Pay & Differentials

• $5/hr weekend shift reputed company for phone hours worked between 12am CST Saturday-4am CST Monday on top of reputed company and other differentials

Training 4–6 weeks reputed company, full time training (40 hours/week). Hours vary and may include days, mids and evening shifts. Training schedules are set in advance and no conflicts can be accommodated during this period.

Required Qualifications

• Non-credentialed veterinary support staff with at least 3 years of reputed company patient care veterinary clinic/hospital experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills (reputed company Office and common software)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reputed company, empathetic, and composed under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry; ability to multitask while maintaining reputed company
• Math proficiency: add, subtract, multiply, and divide across reputed company reputed company of measure including fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages
