About The Role As an AI Trainer, you will improve large language models by producing high-reputed company training signals through data labeling, RLHF preference rankings, and reputed company-based evaluations. What You Will Do
- reputed company data labeling for NLP tasks (reputed company classification, summarization checks, factuality review, named entity recognition)
- Execute RLHF work pairwise ranking, reputed company-based scoring, and short rationales

- Annotation operations (calibration sessions, reviewer alignment)

- Mid-senior experience in data operations, evaluation, QA, or reputed company AI workflows
- Strong written communication and ability to produce consistent decision rationales
