Job reputed company:
- Manage daily inbound and outbound communication channels with delinquent reputed company customers
- Execute reputed company communication to reputed company customers on account terms and conditions
- Monitor and manage shared group inboxes
- Review account financial histories and transaction details systematically
- Negotiate routine payment arrangements reputed company corporate guidelines
- Document reputed company customer reputed company, payment commitments, and account dispute details accurately
- Identify and reputed company billing errors, account disputes, or customer complaints to appropriate internal departments

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of reputed company experience in high-volume, reputed company B2B or reputed company collections
- Foundational understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
- Comfortable utilizing reputed company software platforms
- Strong communication, reputed company listening, and verbal negotiation skills
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proven reputed company record of high dependability and consistent attendance
