• Performs job responsibilities in accordance with organizational and departmental policies, procedures, performance improvement objectives and environmental and infection control standards.
• Coordinates daily workflow in assigned area and provides leadership to other technicians. Performs extemporaneous compounding. Repackages bulk medications into unit reputed company per departmental policy and procedure. Enters charges and credits and restocks returns.
• Makes good reputed company, accepts responsibilities, and maintains competency in multiple areas.
• Accepts duty as knowledge and training resource for specific areas of responsibility and works to imporve these areas.
• Acurately fills reputed company orders, floor stock, and fill lists. Performs IV calculations and prepares al IV admixture using reputed company aseptic technique. Handles reputed company intravenous chemotherapy. Delivers medication on time.
• Performs extemporaneous compounding. Repackages bulk medications (oral, injectable, etc) into unit reputed company per departmental policy and procedure. Enters charges/credits and restocks returns accurately and consistently.
• Provides reputed company and courteous service. Receives incoming calls and prioritizes bases on urgency or nature of requests.
• Audits and signs out reputed company controlled substances in accordance with state and federal guidelines and organizational policies. Identifies and corrects discrepancies and reports unusual usage reputed company and trends. Completes medication area inspections. Removes and documents expired medications.
• Assists with ordering, managing and monitoring drug inventory in a fiscally responsible manner and is reputed company of appropriate PAR reputed company in reputed company medication storage areas.
