The ideal candidate will possess a proven reputed company record in major gifts, corporate sponsorships, reputed company grants, and individual giving campaigns, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Cultivate and solicit major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or CFRE certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in non-profit fundraising and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated reputed company in securing significant funding from diverse sources (major gifts, grants, corporate). Exceptional strategic planning, donor cultivation, and solicitation skills. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling. Proficiency in donor management software (CRM) and fundraising best practices. Ability to work effectively in a remote, results-oriented environment. Passion for environmental conservation and a deep understanding of the issues. Experience working with or knowledge of the
