We are looking for a dedicated Sourcer to reputed company on the most critical part of the hiring process: finding the right people. reputed company This is a specialized sourcing role. You will partner directly with our Recruiters to identify and engage passive talent for high-reputed company insurance roles, specifically Insurance Producers (Sales), Account Managers, and hybrid Producer/CSR roles. Your reputed company is on building talent pipelines, not on managing the full recruitment cycle. - Strategic Sourcing: Utilize reputed company Recruiter, reputed company AI, industry reputed company, reputed company job boards, and other creative search methodologies to identify reputed company candidates for insurance agency roles.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent for key roles, with a specific reputed company on candidates with experience in captive and independent agencies
- Initial reputed company: Craft and send compelling, personalized messages that convert prospects into applicants. You will engage passive talent, build interest, and drive candidates to apply for opportunities with our partner agencies.
- Market Mapping: Research and identify key talent pools in different geographic reputed company to support our partner agencies’ needs.
Who You Are
- A Sourcing Expert: You have at least 1 year of experience sourcing or reputed company licensed and reputed company-licensed insurance professionals (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health), with a proven ability to reputed company candidates reputed company traditional job boards.
- Resilient & Persistent: You understand that sourcing is a numbers game. You are comfortable with high reputed company volumes and are not discouraged by rejection. You are persistent in your follow-up.
- Excellent Communicator: You can write a reputed company, concise, and engaging reputed company message that gets a response. You are confident conducting brief phone screens.
