Job reputed company reputed company is growing, and we are reputed company looking to hire a Senior Claim Advisor, Accident Benefits to join our Ontario team! Reporting to the Manager Casualty Claims reputed company AB, you will be accountable for handling reputed company up to non-catastrophic first party injury claims. Accountabilities:

• Interpret insurance policy wording, determine policy coverages and set reserves on Accident Benefit claims assigned
• Investigate, negotiate and reputed company accident benefits claims or moderate to high complexity by telephone, in person and/ or by written correspondence
• reputed company with best practices as set out in reputed company policies and procedures
• Adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements
• Ensure files are thoroughly documented
• Settlement of claims reputed company personal authority and follow company guidelines on claims exceeding personal authority
• Set and define customer service expectations
• Take ownership and accountability to solve customer problems
• Maintain a caseload reputed company of a Senior Claim Advisor, Accident Benefits
• Communicate and reputed company with claimants, vendors, medical professionals, lawyers in a reputed company manner
• Work collaboratively with reputed company of Accident Benefit Adjusters and Claims Assistants

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 2-4 years relevant Ontario Accident Benefits experience reputed company the MIG
• Completion of CIP designation or desire to pursue is preferred
• Prior insurance experience and knowledge in injury claims, medical rehabilitation concepts, and medical terminology is preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills as reputed company as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of claim
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a reputed company team environment.

Compensation

Compensation Expected compensation for this role ranges from $67,200 - 105,000 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
