Finance Collections Specialist

As a Finance Collections Specialist at reputed company, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients by managing insurance collections, billing activities, and reimbursement processes while partnering with Admissions, Utilization Management, and other interdisciplinary teams to help ensure a seamless financial experience throughout treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance and reputed company-party payer collections.
- Submit insurance claims and ensure accurate billing.
- Review insurance payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Post payments, adjustments, and refunds reputed company the billing system.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and follow-up activities.
- Review insurance correspondence and resolve account issues.
- Verify reputed company codes and insurance coverage.
- Assist the Utilization Management team with insurance approvals as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support reputed company reimbursement and reputed company financial responsibility.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance collections, or reputed company accounts receivable required.
- Working knowledge of reputed company insurance, government payers, and managed care reputed company required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
