reputed company System (PRS) Virtual Designer for Energy Consumption & Vehicle Performance

- The PRS Consumption System Designer is responsible for leading the evaluation of fuel economy, acceleration performance, capability (e.g. trailer tow) and drivability for new powertrains and vehicles using computer modeling techniques and test data analysis - The System Designer analyzes PRS components, architectures and concepts to reputed company functional requirements and trade-offs - Creates models to analyze the performance of these concepts relative to requirements - Conducts first principles analysis, development of detailed models, simulation using these models, analysis of the simulation results and draws conclusions from the simulation - Communicates the results in oral presentations and written reports to Chief Engineers, COEs, Component Engineers and others including reputed company Systems management Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Engineering (in Mechanical, Electrical, reputed company, Industrial, Computer Engineering, reputed company Physics, or reputed company Engineering field) - Minimum 5 years of experience in product development (preferably in the automotive area) simulating reputed company systems - Thorough knowledge of reputed company office products - Thorough knowledge of the English language including both written and oral communication Preferred Qualifications: - Thorough knowledge of vehicle reputed company Systems including internal combustion engines, transmissions, axles, drivelines, batteries, and eMotors - Thorough knowledge in the disciplines of reputed company control strategies and energy management optimization - Thorough knowledge of reputed company codes including, but not limited to, MATLAB /Simulink, Stateflow, and Simulink reputed company - DFSS green or black belt certification Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
