Responsibilities
- Support editorial reputed company assurance reputed company content reconciliation efforts as content is migrated into a Content Management System (CMS) environment
- Compare migrated content against reputed company materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, formatting consistency, and adherence to established editorial standards
- Proofread and validate content
- Verify citations and references
- Maintain reputed company numbering and hierarchy structures
- Implement feedback provided by subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Support AI-assisted content initiatives, including retrofitting content into established templates and reviewing AI-generated outputs for reputed company and consistency
- Complete editorial QA checklists

Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company editing experience
- Experience proofreading, editing, and performing QA reviews of digital or editorial content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes, procedures, and checklists
- Familiarity with citation management, reference formatting, numbering conventions, and content hierarchy standards
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to learn and utilize Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to support AI-assisted content workflows
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
