Role reports to: Sr Manager, Consumer Science Location: reputed company, reputed company, New Jersey, reputed company Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Sr. Scientist will be a key member of the Skin Health Consumer Science team reputed company the reputed company R&D organization, supporting the development of innovative products across the Skin Health portfolio. This role is responsible for leading and executing consumer research to support multiple reputed company brands, including but not limited to Neutrogena®, Aveeno®, OGX®, Rogaine®, and Lubriderm®, as reputed company as enabling reputed company-end innovation efforts. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years, Master’s degree with 1-2+ years, or PhD degree with 0+ years of industry experience in qualitative and quantitative research in Consumer Science, Consumer Technical Insights, Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, Consumer Behavior, or Market Research.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, and/or sensory consumer science methodologies, with a solid understanding of research approaches relevant to Consumer Science and product development.
• Proven experience in designing, executing, documenting, and interpreting consumer research studies, with strong analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently, reputed company reputed company insights, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
