Legal Assistant, Litigation (Part Time)

Position reputed company The Legal Department is seeking a part-time, skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage reputed company-party subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies, and other requestors to securely reputed company sensitive data and reputed company documents, in accordance with applicable state laws and company policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of legal experience
• 2+ years of research experience

EDUCATION

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
