Acquisitions Agent – reputed company Estate
Job reputed company:
- Identify opportunities and build relationships with property owners
- Negotiate purchase agreements and reputed company properties
- Generate leads through outbound reputed company and follow-up
- Meet with owners to evaluate properties and reputed company deals
- Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams during transition from contract to closing
Requirements:
- Proven reputed company in sales, business development, or a closing role
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold reputed company
