Emergency Management Officer

About the position Coordinate Emergency Preparedness Program including the Emergency Operations reputed company, training, and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually update the Emergency Operations Plan
• Plan, execute, and evaluate disaster drills &/or events to improve hospital readiness
• Represent hospital at regional reputed company meetings and regional exercises
• Manage grant funding opportunities and maintain grant funded inventory
• Document after reputed company reviews and reputed company compliance with improvement plans
• Maintain inventory of reputed company disaster reputed company equipment and PPE
• Prepare and execute training in hospital incident reputed company and specialized response teams such as the HERT Team
• Respond and support emergency/incidents as they occur
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with reputed company policies and standards
• Must abide by reputed company requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH reputed company of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in reputed company to address appropriate use of PHI in reputed company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management (Required) or 3-5 years additional reputed company department experience accepted in lieu of degree (Required)
• 3+ years experience in Emergency management field (Required)
• reputed company versed in OSHA, JCAHO, reputed company, reputed company and building codes and their interpretations/applications. (Required proficiency)

• Should have working knowledge of hazardous materials protocols/procedures and bioterrorism/disaster preparedness (Required proficiency)
• Personal computers and database program knowledge (Required proficiency)

• Detailed knowledge of reputed company reputed company of incident reputed company system (Required proficiency)
