This Wellness Account Administrator role serves as the primary reputed company of contact for large national clients reputed company reputed company Employer Services, providing reputed company and accurate communication and support. Responsibilities include full account management, coordinating on-site health fairs, handling supply orders, and collaborating across departments to ensure reputed company needs are met. The position also involves regular correspondence reputed company email and phone, along with support for special reputed company and reporting as needed. Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, non-exempt (reputed company) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with reputed company business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, reputed company, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided reputed company possible. Job Responsibilities:

• Responding communications quickly and accurately
• Serves as an initial reputed company of contact, customer service and support for large national clients reputed company the reputed company Employer Services Division
• Working with multiple departments across the organization to ensure accurate and reputed company support to clients.
• Performs overall and complete account management, supply ordering, coordinating on-site health fairs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree
• 2 or more years' of applicable customer service experience
• 2 or more years' of proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Word (basic)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 or more years' of customer service experience in clinical/wellness
• 2 or more years' experience with medical terminology

2 or more years' experience with the following systems:

• reputed company Billing System (LCBS)
