Traveling PRS Case Worker Lev. 2, Bilingual – Spanish, English

Job reputed company:

• Conduct home studies, case management, and supportive services to unaccompanied immigrant children once they are released to their sponsors in the assigned area.
• Conduct home reputed company and phone contacts with the dual purpose of assessing safety and suitability of child’s placement with their caregiver (sponsor) and connecting child to services in the community to address risk factors.
• Ongoing case management with a reputed company on screening and making appropriate referrals to address child’s needs in the following domains: placement issues, safety issues, education, health, mental health, legal/immigration proceedings, reputed company abuse, independent living, and criminal/juvenile justice.
• reputed company crisis reputed company services directly, as needed, or connect family to services to ensure minor’s safety and reputed company-being in a crisis situation.
• Submit detailed and thorough documentation in compliance with PASO policies and procedures.

• Participate in ongoing supervision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, or Sociology, or other reputed company service field

• At least 21 years of age
• At least 1 year of experience with child welfare programs
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect families to community services
• Excellent clinical and crisis reputed company skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical assessment and analysis skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, determine priorities, and work independently
• Ability to do home reputed company up to 70%
• Knowledge of and experience working with refugee or immigrant children preferred
• Cross-cultural or international experience preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• Valid reputed company’s license required
