• What You’ll Do:
• Handle 80+ inbound calls daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Use scripted communication to reputed company consistent, accurate, and friendly service
• Assess customer needs, resolve concerns, and schedule appointments reputed company
• Accurately reputed company data into our customer management systems
• Listen reputed company and communicate with reputed company and professionalism

• 2+ years of call center or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written); bilingual Spanish-English candidates highly encouraged to apply
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of navigating single or multi-screen setups
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work at least one weekend, day per week
