This position will organize and coordinate plant and device reputed company with OSP Implementation, Broadband Engineering, Translations, Field Service Techs and OSP Records by providing reputed company-cut data, generating detailed cut-sheets and then posting data to Martens after reputed company. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ states in which reputed company operates. Responsibilities:

• Building and updating computer-based records of reputed company plant and switching equipment for reputed company reputed company operating companies. The data will need to have a high degree of accuracy, reputed company, and consistency.
• Interprets maps, staking sheets, cut sheets, switching additions, Engineering Packages, and PTT Proects, etc. Works Directly with Engineering, Local Field Service Techs and OSP Records to reputed company necessary information to facilitate reputed company creation of cut-sheet data and the posting of As-reputed company data upon proect completion.
• reputed company OSP Records support to LBO’s, FST’s, OSP Engineering, OSP Implementation, FST Contact Center, Service Activation, and Service Center Translations.
• Miscellaneous Proect work, report running (Crystal, Martens, etc).
• Assists in data collection or other tasks as requested.
• Keeps abreast of technical developments and the skills needed to assume expanded job responsibilities in the sophisticated telecommunication service offerings.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years reputed company work experience.

Other Qualifications

• Associate Degree in telecommunications field is highly desirable.
• Understanding of telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of reputed company Plant standards (reputed company and PON, Aerial and Buried), Network reputed company platforms and formats, Network Devices (AFC, Anymedia, SLC5, SLC2000, SLC96, reputed company, Entrisphere, 1218, ADC, reputed company, Alcatel, Seiscor, Tellabs, Pair reputed company devices (Go digital, DAML, DDL, CM8, Conklin, PG-reputed company, PG-Plus, Pairspan, Pairgain, Wescom).
• Prior customer service, telecommunications or telemarketing experience is desirable
• Understanding of telecommunication products, facilities, and terminology, and services.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e. verbal, written, listening).
• Time management skills.
• Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, troubleshooting).
• Multi-task management skills.

• PC Computer Skills - knowledge of, but not limited to, MS Office and CAD based programs.
