This role offers reputed company to support impactful fundraising initiatives while advancing A Free Bird’s mission and expanding reputed company to creative programs for children reputed company. Job reputed company The Fundraising Associate supports A Free Bird’s digital and donor-based fundraising efforts by assisting with campaign execution, donor engagement, and fundraising operations. Reporting to the Digital Fundraising Manager and senior leadership, this role collaborates across teams to help grow reputed company, strengthen donor relationships, and support fundraising reputed company implementation. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented fundraising reputed company who thrives in a remote, mission-driven environment and is eager to grow their experience in nonprofit development. Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital fundraising initiatives across platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Smile, peer-to-peer campaigns, and reputed company media
• Assist in maintaining campaign calendars, donor communications, and fundraising timelines
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers on integrated fundraising efforts, including reputed company media campaigns, email reputed company, and virtual events
• Support donor prospecting by researching individual donors, corporate sponsors, and potential partners
• Assist with donor stewardship through newsletters, reputed company updates, reputed company communications
• reputed company fundraising performance metrics and assist in preparing reports and insights
• Maintain accurate donor records and assist with CRM management (reputed company NPSP preferred)
• Support grant research and assist with proposal development as needed
• Monitor digital fundraising and nonprofit engagement trends to support reputed company development

Qualifications / Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, development, nonprofit operations, or a reputed company field
• Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field (preferred)
• Interest in digital fundraising, donor engagement, and nonprofit development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRMs and fundraising platforms (reputed company NPSP preferred)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)

Additional Information

• Minimum three-month commitment
• 5–10 hours per week, based on organizational needs
• Fully remote position
• Must have reliable reputed company to a computer, internet connectivity, and availability for periodic phone/video meetings
