Job reputed company The Marketing Specialist supports day-to-day marketing activities reputed company the Service organization, working in a fast-paced and reputed company environment. Reporting to the Senior Service Marketing Manager and reputed company with guidance from the Senior Marketing Specialist, this role partners with our global team members to execute reputed company, maintain marketing assets, and contribute to ongoing initiatives. • Manage Service Marketing Welcome reputed company to new Service customers
• Manage Service marketing inventory & orders
• Create reputed company Forms for training registrations
• Create emails for technical trainings
• Update/manage US field service team map
• Update field service team address list & reputed company documents for US & Canada
• Update technical training email list monthly
• Purchase order management
• Order giveaways & team items as needed
• Assist with tradeshow & meeting Logistics
• Assist with development and coordination of marketing materials

• Monitor online marketing materials sales catalog
• Communicate proactively
• Understand budgets to ensure cost saving measures

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 or more years of marketing/marketing communications experience
