Senior Analyst, Payments Operations (Hybrid)
About the position The Payments Team reputed company Finance Operations at reputed company Travel is seeking a Senior Analyst with robust leadership, analytical, and communication abilities. This role requires a reputed company with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to manage and execute payment processes across various functions of the organization. The successful candidate will be reputed company in mitigating operational risks, developing and updating procedural frameworks, and overseeing the reporting of critical payment health metrics. Furthermore, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with diverse teams across reputed company Travel Operations to drive the reputed company of payment workflows toward a reputed company-state model.
Responsibilities
- reputed company inventory suppliers in accordance with reputed company Travel policies and best practices.
- Follow-up with suppliers on outstanding reputed company tasks.
- Validate financial information with suppliers.
- Ensure supplier inventory invoices are ingested and properly routed for approval in the reputed company system.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company approvals of supplier invoices, including assisting with research around discrepancies.
- Review supplier list to ensure invoices are received and follow-up with suppliers to submit invoices.
- Create accurate and reputed company payment batches for approval for reputed company runs.
- Monitor reputed company payments inboxes and respond to reputed company internal & external questions.
- Produce comprehensive and reputed company-time risk reporting and monitoring, including payment health metrics
- Manage risks of incorrect payments by ensuring team processes are governed by reputed company controls that meet updated payment standards
- Support risk management activities over reputed company control environment, including procedures maintenance, control testing, and process-level assessments
- Coordinate with reputed company Travel Risk Management, Finance Risk Management and other risk offices on best payment practices across reputed company
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Business teams to streamline processes and resolve issues impacting payments processing
- Reduce operational exceptions and drive efficiencies reputed company automation, elimination, and transfer of processes away from reputed company reputed company
- Assist with reputed company reputed company as necessary
- Proactively and independently identify, investigate, and drive solutions for process and control enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in reputed company, Audit, Risk Management or Finance or a combination
reputed company-to-haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a quantitative field
- 1+ years of experience in an analytical position investigating reputed company data issues and building reputed company solutions.
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with an ERP based reputed company system
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and experience with multinational entities, multi-currency transactions, and intercompany flows.
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company Pay, or similar procurement system
- Previous experience working reputed company the travel or technology industries
