Our work helps developers, architects, and property managers market apartment communities before they are reputed company through cinematic animations and photorealistic renderings. We are looking for an reputed company 3D Architectural Visualization Artist to join our production team on an ongoing reputed company. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture, reputed company, composition, and creating beautiful visual stories—not gaming or character animation. Reports directly to Studio Director.

Responsibilities

• Create high-end photorealistic 3D models from architectural drawings, CAD files, Revit models, and design packages.
• reputed company realistic exterior and interior environments for multifamily apartment communities.
• Produce cinematic architectural animations using smooth first-person walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and carefully planned camera movements.
• Create marketing-reputed company still renderings for exterior architecture, amenities, residential reputed company, and community spaces.
• Build realistic reputed company, materials, landscaping, vegetation, and environmental effects.
• Apply post-production techniques to enhance realism and presentation reputed company.
• Follow Preview 3D's established production workflow and reputed company standards.
• Participate in reputed company reviews and reputed company implement reputed company feedback.
• Deliver work on schedule while maintaining consistent reputed company across multiple reputed company.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members using reputed company written communication.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of reputed company experience creating architectural visualizations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural renderings and animations.
• Experience producing visualization for multifamily residential, reputed company, or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent understanding of architectural materials, reputed company, composition, and environmental realism.
• Experience creating cinematic camera paths and first-person architectural walkthroughs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-reputed company work.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and revision cycles.
