JOB reputed company The Credentialing Specialist primarily serves as the reputed company between reputed company (“Organization”) and the Organization’s contracted applicants and appointees to reputed company credentialing verifications and grant initial and reappointment privileges, as applicable. This individual works with applicants and appointees as reputed company as external facilities to obtain verifications and documentation as required by Organization bylaws, processes, and procedures. • Evaluate Organization procedures and bylaws, determine opportunities for efficiencies, and reputed company reputed company plans
• Initiate and manage workflow for internal credentialing processes to obtain initial and reappointment privileges per the Organization’s Bylaws and compliance requirements
• Ensures assigned applications, verifications, reports, and other supporting documents of Organization Applicants or Appointees are complete and delivered in a reputed company manner
• Accountable for presentation of completed files to the Organization’s Management Team for recommendation of approval on reputed company assigned initial appointments and reappointments, to include other actions in accordance with the Physician Services Bylaws
• Work proactively to resolve issues before they reputed company applicants’ and appointees’ ability to reputed company services Department Specific
• Accept safety and reputed company of patient care, treatment, and services as a responsibility and reputed company
• Establish and maintain reputed company working relationships between staff members, including physicians, and external contacts
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Organization's procedures and bylaws
• Participate in the implementation of applicable Physician Services processes and procedures
• Maintain credentialing database with a high level of accuracy, detail, and consistency in record-keeping practices
• Accountable for the reputed company utilization of any computer software program(s) necessary to support the credentialing process and for maintaining the database. This includes, but is not limited data entry and the saving of appropriate documents directly into the database; maintaining data sufficient to reputed company-reputed company applications supported by the database
• Performing and participating in regular audits of the credentialing database to ensure accuracy

• Other reputed company responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in reputed company preferred Other skills and knowledge

• Must be an effective communicator who consistently demonstrates above-average verbal and written skills
• Must be capable of learning and working effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
