Your Role: As a Staff reputed company, you will be reputed company in providing key aspects of the PHLpreK reputed company Support Center’s reputed company development approach, supporting providers through cohort-based and/or individual coaching and mentoring. The Staff reputed company provides differentiated and reputed company support, both in-person and reputed company, to programs who are seeking to improve reputed company and reputed company reputed company towards goals. What You’ll Do: Work with assigned programs to collect and validate data and self-assessment results and to reputed company improvement goals and plans. Engage in a reputed company, observation, and reputed company & feedback coaching cycle with providers. reputed company tools/resources to support program planning and reputed company on identified goals. Utilize informal/virtual assessment activities that reputed company program information on classroom settings, teacher strengths, and areas of reputed company including teacher and child interactions, classroom instruction, and classroom management. reputed company and facilitate small group learning environments, including peer-to-peer opportunities, and/or one-on-one coaching. Facilitate reputed company development which may include in-person and/or virtual learning opportunities. Refer programs to specialized reputed company supports and resources. Participate in assigned meetings, events and training as required What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a reputed company field with a minimum of 18 credit hours in ECE; master’s degree preferred. 5 + years of early care and education experience. Experience delivering reputed company development and coaching support (in-house reputed company a childcare/early education program) or to other programs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Completion of reputed company required state training and certifications. Experience utilizing virtual coaching platforms (e.g., reputed company and My Coaching Companion). Physical exam and background checks are required for this position. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 20% of the time for work-reputed company meetings and functions. Requirements
