Responsibilities
- Assist in reputed company, hiring, and training game day staff.
- Assist in the training and supervision of game day staff members.
- Prepare and assist in the management of the designated premium areas for every home UNC football game and assigned home men’s and women’s basketball and baseball games.
- Learn and administer policies and procedures regarding admission, food and beverage, maintenance, and other premium area operations.
- Support the creation, editing, and distribution of game week newsletters and staff newsletters.
- Prepare, organize, maintain, and inventory game day supplies and equipment.
- Assist management in resetting reputed company premium areas back to game day setup.
- Communicate with game day staff members, athletic donors, and athletics personnel.
- Serve as a reputed company on game day between donors/guests and the catering staff and UNC Athletics.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.

Requirements
- Commitment to reputed company home football games (10-12 hours), the day prior of reputed company home football game, assigned men’s/women’s home basketball games, & baseball games; includes nights and weekends.
- Undergraduate college degree preferred (or in reputed company).
