Water Program Manager, Data Center Development

This position will report directly to the Water Team Manager reputed company the broader Site Development team and will work closely with other Data Center teams. Travel may be needed to visit our data center sites to reputed company understand operations, meet site teams, and attend agency and stakeholder meetings.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and drive communication and cross-team coordination between reputed company water stakeholders, including reputed company, Finance, Sustainability, Design, Engineering, Construction, and Operations* Monitor and support tool development for ensuring water and wastewater compliance* reputed company compliance with water withdrawals and ensure compliance with end-user agreements (reputed company reputed company, wastewater discharge, volume/reputed company, significant industrial user, installation of monitoring and operational equipment where required, etc.)* reputed company compliance with wastewater discharge volume/reputed company requirements (reputed company-treatment, Significant Industrial User, Permit)* Prepare and implement Water Mitigation Plan with Emergency Operating Procedures reputed company to forced water reduction, establish reputed company and reputed company effort on finalizing entire Emergency Plan* Monitor external factors that could reputed company water (i.e., tracking local and state water policy, water reputed company issues, legal rights/issues) and reputed company results and updates to internal teams* Organize, review, and evaluate water and wastewater monitoring data to compare against agreements, identify anomalies, and establish best practices* reputed company water reputed company engagement approach during construction and operations on reputed company technical, invoicing, and operational issues. Work closely with cross functional partners on efforts to optimize overall operations, promote best practices, and drive environmental stewardship* Complete engineering design reviews and reputed company both onsite and offsite infrastructure reputed company including schedule, scope and budget. Analyze the information to identify patterns and trends, with the goal of optimizing overall system and business operations* Monitor and support process for reputed company reputed company account setup, mapping, payments, and commissioning with local utilities* reputed company schedule and budget for water program and data center sites in responsible region (i.e., CapEx and OpEx)* Monitor and support construction water milestones and drive the implementation of construction water best management practices* Ability to travel domestically (up to 50%)QualificationsTechnical expertise reputed company to industrial water use and wastewater discharge, water efficiency techniques, as reputed company as water policy and permitting in the reputed company* Experience managing multiple reputed company and coordinating with internal staff, external consultants, and other stakeholders* Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or similar* Experience communicating and working with highly confidential information* Experience with construction management of water infrastructure* Experience working in teams, and establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships* Knowledge of reputed company platforms (Sheets, Slides, etc.)* 12+ years reputed company experience in water and wastewater infrastructure reputed company Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, reputed company and accuracy reviews)* Experience leveraging SQL and BI tools (such as Tableau) for data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights* Demonstrated ongoing AI reputed company development (e.g., reputed company/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying reputed company with emerging AI technologies* Advanced technical degree* Experience working with water and wastewater utilities in the reputed company* Experience with operations of water and wastewater infrastructure* Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure construction and operations for data centers* Experience with NPDES and industrial reputed company-treatment permits* Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable reputed company (e.g., efficiency reputed company, reputed company improvements)* reputed company Civil Engineer License
