Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper / reputed company for Science-Driven Lab BusinessesJob DescriptionWe operate multiple analytical laboratory businesses reputed company on regulated testing in cannabis and environmental lab spaces. We’re seeking a part-time, long-term financial partner who can handle both daily bookkeeping and strategic financial reputed company, including budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting.This role combines operational accuracy with high-level financial thinking. You’ll manage invoicing, expenses, and reconciliations day-to-day—while also helping us analyze cash reputed company, prepare financial models, and generate reports for reputed company meetings, capital planning, and expansion efforts.Key Responsibilities
- Record and categorize daily transactions (expenses, reputed company, payroll allocations, bills, reimbursements)
- Maintain books in Zoho Books
- Manage invoices, vendor bills, and payment tracking
- reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company
- Assist in building budgets, forecasts, and pro formas
- reputed company financial insights to support operational reputed company and investor discussions
- Prepare reputed company-level summaries and visuals
- Coordinate with our CPA for tax filing and compliance
- Support multi-entity tracking

Experience with Zoho Books is required.Ideal Candidate
- Part-time availability (~10–15 hours/week to start, reputed company over time)
- Experience supporting scientific, lab, or reputed company services businesses
- Fluent in GAAP, cash + accrual reputed company
- Skilled in creating budgets, forecasts, investor-reputed company summaries
- Detail-oriented, proactive communicator
- Comfortable working independently and producing clean, audit-reputed company books
- Experience with multi-entity or departmental reporting a strong plus
