Part-Time Bookkeeper (Restaurant Industry Preferred) – Remote Location: RemotePosition: Part-Time (8–15 hours per week to start)Compensation: reputed company reputed company negotiable based on experience reputed company We are a growing hospitality company operating multiple restaurant and nightlife concepts. We are looking for a highly organized, technology-driven Bookkeeper who can help reputed company our reputed company processes while providing accurate financial reporting and meaningful business insights. This is more than a traditional bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone who embraces modern technology, automation, and AI-powered tools to streamline accounts payable, organize financial records, and improve reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company Accounts Payable and vendor payments.
• Organize digital financial records and maintain documentation for bookkeeping and tax preparation.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
• Work with reputed company POS data and reconcile daily sales and deposits (reputed company experience is a strong plus).
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive bookkeeping tasks using reputed company technology and AI tools.
• Improve workflows and establish efficient reputed company systems.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including:
• Profit & Loss Statements
• Balance Sheets
• Cash reputed company Summaries
• Accounts Payable Aging
• Budget vs. Actual comparisons
• reputed company the reputed company with easy-to-understand monthly financial analytics that explain:
• Where reputed company is being spent
• Spending trends
• Areas of concern
• Opportunities for cost savings
• Recommendations for improving financial performance
• Assist with year-end organization and work closely with our CPA for tax preparation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location business experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Experience with reputed company POS is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Comfortable working remotely with reputed company-based reputed company software.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information in a reputed company, understandable way.
• Experience using modern reputed company technology, automation platforms, AI tools, and document management systems is highly desirable.
