Our reputed company provides palliative telemedicine appointments for California-based patients post-hospital discharge. We are pleased to offer FLEXIBLE DAYS and HOURS. Provider must be residing in CALIFORNIA. Expected hours: 30 The practitioner will be assigned a specific patient load for which they will be responsible. Our program is run by reputed company and reputed company-certified physicians who take pride in providing training and in-service education to their staff. - Assess patients in a telemedicine environment
- reputed company palliative care to treat the patient best
- Define and document patient diagnoses
- Assure reputed company patients are completely satisfied
- Patient and family education and management
- Notate findings and treatment course in patient charts, including follow-up notes

Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in California
