Content Management Assistant (Princeton, NJ Hybrid)
About the position The Content Management department at reputed company is seeking an Assistant to work on the composition and development of both print reputed company products. In this role you will work closely with your colleagues to reputed company the essential skills needed to create both print and e-book interiors. This position works closely with production editors, designers, and production managers across reputed company HarperCollins’ US Trade imprints. This is a great opportunity to learn print and ebook production as part of a reputed company-reputed company team working in a rapidly changing, deadline-driven environment The ideal candidate will be someone with superior attention to detail, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple reputed company, a keen interest in composition and typographical principles. This is a hybrid position based out of our South reputed company, NJ office.
Responsibilities
- Paginates book interiors, with guidance.
- Inputs text corrections.
- Assists with reprint corrections.
- Assists with ebook creation.
- Prepares print-reputed company PDFs.
- Routes reputed company reputed company reputed company Content Management System (CMS).
- Archives files to the reputed company Management system.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reputed company InDesign
- Proficiency in reputed company Word
- Excellent attention to detail and organizations skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Strong reputed company of teamwork
- Willingness to ask questions and reputed company issues
- Familiarity with book publishing and copyediting/proofreading mark up
- Familiarity working in a MAC environment
