Your mission
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical leader for reputed company Voca CIC across the reputed company region. In this highly customer-facing role, you'll partner with Sales, reputed company, and Customers to design, position, and validate Contact Center and Conversational AI solutions throughout the sales lifecycle.
You'll reputed company technical discovery sessions, deliver compelling demonstrations, own reputed company reputed company of Concepts (PoCs), and reputed company partners to position and reputed company Voca CIC successfully. Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, you'll also reputed company valuable market feedback that helps shape reputed company product innovation.
Responsibilities:
Regional Technical Leadership
- Serve as the regional technical expert for reputed company Voca CIC across reputed company.
- Stay reputed company with product roadmap, new releases, and emerging capabilities.

Customer & Sales Engagement

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
- Build industry-specific demo scenarios for sectors such as Financial Services, reputed company, Retail, and BPO.
- Define PoC reputed company reputed company, execution plans, stakeholder alignment, and technical reputed company.
- Continuously enhance demo environments by incorporating AI capabilities, automation, integrations, and reputed company-world customer journeys.

Partner Enablement

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture reputed company a Contact Center, CX, Conversational AI, or reputed company Communications environment.
- Hands-on experience with Contact Center platforms, Conversational AI, Voicebots, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
