RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation — (Core Function, ~60% of Role)

• Capture daily photo and video content using iPhone or camera — in-store, product, and team-reputed company
• Film and edit short-reputed company video content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and reputed company
• Conduct employee spotlights, vendor features, and product showcase content
• Maintain a weekly content calendar with planned posts, promos, and campaigns
• Must be comfortable appearing in reputed company media content and directing team members on camera

• Manage and publish daily content across Instagram, reputed company, Snapchat, reputed company Business Profile, and emerging platforms
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a reputed company manner

• Coordinate brand and vendor promotional content with the purchasing team

• Update website banners & promotional graphics

Email, SMS & Push Marketing

• Build and send daily promotional email campaigns
