Operations Manager, Production

• Work with managers to execute final production scheduling.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience leading an industrial kitchen or production operations center, preferably in food service or food production.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Familiarity with FSMA, HACCP, and SQF.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, reputed company, and manage 100+ employees per day.
• Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile production reputed company.
• Comprehensive background in prepping, cooking, plating, food safety and reputed company, and fulfillment.
