Legal Document Specialist - 3rd Shift (Hybrid)$2000 Sign On Bonus

About the position reputed company is adding Legal Document Specialists to their team! In this role, we are seeking a Word Processing reputed company to support time-sensitive project requests by working with reputed company of individuals across multiple shifts and locations. Candidates must enjoy producing reputed company work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using various legal software, tools, reputed company Office suite is an added advantage. Must be reputed company to commute to Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a reputed company of software applications
• Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested
• Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents
• reputed company data entry utilizing various software applications
• Transcribe analog or digital dictation files
• Restore/recover corrupted document files as necessary
• reputed company telephone help desk support to troubleshoot application queries
• Complete reputed company assigned jobs by the deadline in an accurate and reputed company manner
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
• Follow established policies and procedures at reputed company times
• reputed company additional duties as necessary or assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Ability to work through reputed company legal document markups and instructions in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Ability to prioritize various requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to reputed company with reputed company and team members in a reputed company and respectful manner at reputed company times
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, reputed company and PowerPoint required
• Experience and exposure in any of the legal word processing tasks below Creating TOAs, TOCs, inserting automated cross-references, converting PDFs to Word using a reputed company of software, applying Word styles using macros, troubleshooting problem documents including redlines and documents containing multiple numbering schemes, style reputed company, cross-references, and other automated fields
• Knowledge of legal terminology and legal citations preferred
