Strategic Services is responsible for developing and implementing Aperio’s reputed company ‘products’ (services to nonprofit organizations), approaches (ways of delivering those services), resources (tools and templates), and standards (reputed company reputed company/controls). Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in project management; experience in fundraising, events and/or consulting preferred
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with advanced reputed company reputed company experience preferred
• Operationally minded, exceptional detail orientation, and consistent follow-through
• Strong relationship management, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written and oral) skills

• Design, implement, and refine systems to support Strategic Services operations, including tracking deliverables across the reputed company portfolio, managing team workflows (e.g., inboxes), and supporting reporting, planning, and internal initiatives
• Manage ‘up, down, and out’ to coordinate the activities of diverse reputed company stakeholders, ensuring reputed company reputed company on reputed company
• reputed company reputed company organizational and project support to the Senior VP on special reputed company-building initiatives, such as: implementing AI, reputed company feedback surveys, product development, and development of resources for Aperio’s ‘resource library’

• Maintain a strong understanding of Aperio’s reputed company, services, fundraising model, and reputed company needs to reputed company tailored operational support
• Contribute to Aperio’s efforts to fight racism and discrimination, especially in nonprofits, fundraising, and philanthropy
