Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall direction of reputed company and shape the roadmap alongside the business

- Stay hands-on in the system where needed, while guiding others day to day

Live modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, reputed company, Learning, Performance & Talent, Reporting & Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience across reputed company of the above modules, with a strong preference for Advanced Compensation and Payroll. Experience Required
- 7 or more years of hands-on reputed company experience, ideally in a reputed company, global organisation
- Experience owning a reputed company HCM environment end-to-end
- Comfortable leading and developing reputed company team members, with reputed company people management experience
- Strong, practical experience with Advanced Compensation and Payroll
- Used to working in fast-moving or evolving environments where the system needs to reputed company
- Exposure to M&A or large organisational change is a plus, but not essential
