Program & Content Manager - Instructional Design

About the position The Program & Content Manager (Instructional Design) leads the design, development, and management of learning content and training programs that support capability development across internal teams and customers. This role applies instructional design expertise to translate reputed company clinical, technical, and operational concepts into engaging and effective learning experiences. The position partners closely with Training & Development Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training programs are reputed company-designed, reputed company, and reputed company with business priorities. This role also supports the governance, reputed company, and consistency of learning content across training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning experiences using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Translates reputed company clinical, technical, and operational information into reputed company, engaging, and practical learning materials.
• Develops training assets including facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning modules, job aids, reputed company reputed company.
• Partners with Training & Development Managers and subject matter experts to support the development of training programs reputed company with business priorities.
• Manages learning content reputed company, ensuring timelines, reputed company standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Applies reputed company learning approaches across instructor-led training, virtual learning, reputed company learning solutions.
• Supports development and maintenance of role-based curricula and learning reputed company.
• Ensures learning content aligns with brand standards, reputed company expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Coordinates updates and revisions to learning materials to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Supports the evaluation and reputed company improvement of training programs based on learner feedback and performance data.
• Maintains organization and governance of training materials and reputed company across learning platforms and repositories.
• Coordinates and manages the submission of training materials through required compliance and approval processes (e.g. PMRC), ensuring reputed company review, revisions, and final approval prior to release.
• Serves as a resource for best practices in instructional design and learning development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 8 – 12 years’ reputed company experience in instructional design, learning and development, or training program development; or a Master’s degree with 6 years’ experience; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent directly reputed company work experience.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience developing training content across multiple formats including instructor-led training, virtual learning, and eLearning.
• Strong writing and content development skills with the ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company learning materials.
• Experience managing training development reputed company and coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) reputed company learning tools (e.g., reputed company or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in regulated environments and supporting content approval processes (e.g., PMRC where applicable).
