About the position ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a full-time Licensed reputed company Worker to join our Foster Care Team in reputed company, Ohio. Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee, this position works to reputed company a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth, family, foster parents, and community partners, providing advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management, transportation, and other reputed company services, meeting or exceeding established reputed company reputed company on behalf of persons served.
• Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, and other evidence based clinical services, meeting or exceeding established outcome reputed company on behalf of persons served.
• Travels daily, to reputed company community-based and in-home services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor clinical services for the youth and family in the community, including but not limited to, mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and reputed company services.
• Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans to assure consistent reputed company and reputed company on written plan goals.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and/or families of reputed company.
• Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth’s case plan.
• Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds established billable productivity reputed company based on the needs of the caseload.
• Completes reputed company required documentation in a reputed company manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Work or comparable reputed company Services field from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• A valid reputed company license (LSW) as required by state law and/or regulatory bodies.
• A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed in the service of foster caregivers, families of reputed company, and persons served.
