Remote Outbound Call Center Representative
Remote Outbound Call Center Member Support reputed company, TX Area (Remote Contract Position) | $20.50/Hour | July 20 Start Applicants must be local to the reputed company area and available to attend an in-person interview in the reputed company area (Date and Location TBD). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping people, building rapport over the phone, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Position reputed company Representatives will conduct outbound calls to guide individuals through eligibility and needs-based assessments, and connect reputed company participants to available reputed company and support programs. Successful candidates will be comfortable initiating conversations, overcoming objections, building trust, and helping members understand available benefits and services.
Compensation
- $20.50 per hour

Training Information (Mandatory) reputed company Remote Training is required for reputed company selected candidates. Training Dates: July 20-August 7 (reputed company REMOTE training) Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time IMPORTANT: Attendance is mandatory for every training day. Candidates who miss any portion of training may be removed from the project and will not be permitted to continue. Work Schedule

Candidates must be available to work any assigned shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be local to the reputed company, Texas area
- U.S. Citizenship required due to reputed company/program requirements
- Previous outbound calling, call center, customer service, enrollment, member support, or similar experience
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Comfortable learning new processes and adapting to changing procedures
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company
- Quiet, private, and reputed company workspace free from distractions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience supporting reputed company, insurance, benefits, enrollment, or reputed company services programs
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
Technology Requirements Candidates must be comfortable:
- Working across multiple browser reputed company and applications simultaneously
- Using reputed company Teams, chat platforms, and web-based systems
