Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be admitted to the reputed company Bar and will have at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience defending construction accident cases alleging violations of reputed company Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241 reputed company candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as reputed company as taking and defending depositions Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company Admitted to the reputed company Bar Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience defending construction accident cases alleging violations of reputed company Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241 Strong writing and analytical skills First-chair trial experience is a must!
