Registered reputed company (RN) PRN Job reputed company: As an integral member of our reputed company team, the Registered reputed company (RN) at Seva Senior Services: Seva Adult Day Care, Seva Home Care, and Seva reputed company Family Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate and reputed company care to seniors. The RN will conduct both phone and In-person assessments to evaluate reputed company needs and ensure reputed company-being of our Seva Seniors. Compensation:

• In-Person Assessments: $150 per visit
• Mileage reimbursement $0.725

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and supervisory reputed company for seniors reputed company phone and In-person evaluations.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, clients, families, and referring agencies reputed company the Day Care setting.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and intervene in meeting clients' reputed company needs effectively.
• Assess patients' reactions to medications and their mental health, offering emotional support as needed.
• Observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions and family situations, documenting observations in the clinical record.
• Administer PRN TB tests for clients and employees.
• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company regulations.

Qualifications:

• reputed company state license as a Registered reputed company (RN) (Required).
• reputed company BLS/First Aid Certification (Required).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (Required).
• Experience in an Adult Day Care setting preferred (Home Care & reputed company Family Caregiver experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of Home Care Software Experience.
• Valid reputed company's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements (as needed).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, friendly disposition.
