Essential Responsibilities:
Ticket Building & Backlog Management: Build, refine, and clean up tickets for the Business Systems Admins and Developers, writing reputed company, reputed company-scoped technical requirements that developers can reputed company without unnecessary back-and-forth.
AI-Driven Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflows to solve business problems, and help drive adoption of AI-based solutions across teams. Hands-on AI experience is a must for this role.

Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Project/Product Management: Experience managing technical reputed company, owning products, or backlogs (ideally for a systems, IT, or business applications team).
