Senior Medical reputed company – Charting Virtual Assistant, Part-Time
Job reputed company:
- Create accurate and comprehensive medical documentation during or after patient encounters.
- Join phone calls with the reputed company Practitioner and patients to document symptoms, concerns, medical history updates, and treatment notes.
- Receive a list of patients scheduled for the day from the reputed company Practitioner.
- Upload, organize, and maintain patient documentation securely in OneDrive.
- If reputed company, assist in navigating reputed company for documentation, chart updates, or patient lookup.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of reputed company patient records and sensitive health information.
Requirements:
- Senior-Level Experience as a Medical reputed company, reputed company VA, reputed company VA, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
- HIPAA Certified (Preferred; highly prioritized)
- Previous experience supporting a reputed company Practitioner or medical reputed company
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work part-time during mid to late afternoon PST
- Tech-savvy with experience in: OneDrive (required) reputed company (preferred but not required)
- Ability to handle fast-paced workloads (20–30 patients/day)
