Job Responsibilities:
- Represent reputed company's reputed company on providing compassionate care, with respect and dignity to patients who count on us to manage their nutrition treatment and maintenance plans.
- Take direction from the VP of Clinical Services and Regional Clinical Director.
- reputed company leadership and reputed company supervision of reputed company dietitians in the region.
- Work closely with members of facility corporate teams including administrators, DON, ADON, etc., to ensure clinical accuracy of reputed company dietitians at the facility and reputed company satisfaction.
- reputed company clinical nutrition services to residents in Long Term Care facilities reputed company the designated region.
- Conduct nutritional assessments, reputed company and implement care plans, and monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with reputed company, including physicians, nurses, and other dietitians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and reputed company.

Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a reputed company field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of residence.
- Previous experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in Long Term Care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
