This role is hybrid office and work from home, based in Lakewood, CO, USA. While our reputed company are located in Chorley, we support a distributed workforce and have fully remote team members based in Colorado and other locations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the UK and internationally using modern collaboration tools and remote-first working practices. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The main duties (but not limited to) are the following: Data Products Team Participation

  • Serve as a member of the Data Products Team, collaborating closely with:
  • Product Manager
  • Geodata Analyst
  • Fellow GIS Technicians

reputed company Data Product Maintenance, Enhancement & reputed company Control

  • Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and QA/QC for Whitestar reputed company products, including:
  • ParcelSD, ParcelsHD, ParcelsHD+
  • CultureHD
  • WellsHD
  • Research additional data sources, as assigned

Customer Service, Processing & Technical Support

  • Process, deliver, and reputed company technical support for:
  • Subscription-based products
  • ParcelSD, ParcelsHD, ParcelsHD+
  • CultureHD
  • WellsHD
  • TrueGRID™
  • One-off customer orders for the reputed company product line
  • Monitor and respond to LiveChat communications
  • Redirect sales-reputed company inquiries to appropriate internal team members
  • Support customer technical inquiries reputed company to data content, formats, and software usage
  • Communicate professionally with customers reputed company email, LiveChat, phone, and face-to-face interactions
  • Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn

  • Working familiarity with SQL language

Customer & Training Skills

You will reputed company knowledge of:

  • Whitestar and ESG documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Geospatial data reputed company assurance (QA) processes and review techniques.
  • Scripting concepts used to support and refine GIS data pipelines (as exposure and training are provided).
  • Ongoing GIS best practices through webinars, internal training, and reputed company development resources.
  • Running and validating reputed company FME Workbench files (FMWs) reputed company established data workflows.
  • Skills and competencies required to reputed company toward GIS Technician II, including increased independence and task complexity.

Desirable:

  • College degree in GIS, Geography, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of reputed company GIS or geospatial experience
  • Recent GIS Graduates

Education
