- Utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to engage and promote members
- reputed company coaching and support to reputed company the member to meet their personal wellness goals
- reputed company and monitor established plans of care, in collaboration with the member
- Assess a member’s appropriateness for coaching and coordination into other reputed company of care and/or resources as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ year of reputed company wellness/life coaching experience
- 1+ year of experience with Medicare and aging population
- Must hold one of the following reputed company coaching certifications: reputed company Certified reputed company (BCC), reputed company Coaching Federation )-credential ( Associate Certified reputed company - ACC/ reputed company Certified reputed company - PCC/ Master Certified reputed company – MCC), or NBC-HWC ( National reputed company Certified Health and Wellness reputed company )
- Excellent computer skills including reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, Teams and Outlook
- Must have a reliable wired internet reputed company (minimum 400 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload);
- Must be comfortable conducting video chats and virtual calls, as reputed company as using digital communication tools.
