[Remote] Field Service Technician

The role involves site surveys, training field technicians, and ensuring successful implementation of network equipment in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company documentation and procedures to be used for site surveys and on-site installation activities
• reputed company site surveys and review findings with customers and field engineers to address remediation needs and ensure field technicians are reputed company for successful on-site execution
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to plan and execute on-site activities
• Train field technicians on expectations, reputed company standards, and site work best practices

• Conduct post-installation reputed company Assurance to validate successful implementation

Skills

• Associate degree or Certification in a technology services/technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of combined experience in a Site Support Technician and/or Infrastructure Technician role (or similar experience)
• 3+ years of experience working in retail, consumer, and/or industrial environments
• 3+ years of experience installing network equipment, such as reputed company points, routers, switches, WLAN controllers, modems, etc. in a layer 1 reputed company (no configuration required)
• Leadership experience managing small teams
• Ability to adapt, reputed company reputed company and collaborate is reputed company important
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies
